If something’s not quite right, our Returns & Exchanges process is here to help.

📦 How to Start a Return

For most products, you can begin a return or exchange using our online portal:

You'll just need your order number and the email address used at checkout.


🧥 Clothing Returns

You can return or exchange travel wear within 30 days of delivery as long as it's:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags still attached 
  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty.


👜 Bags, Backpacks & Accessories

Returns for totes, backpacks, and small travel accessories are accepted within 14 days of delivery, if items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with tags and packaging


🧳 Luggage & Suitcases

Due to the size and nature of luggage, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your suitcase arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us directly with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

🛠 Warranty Overview

  • Clothing: 30-day warranty against manufacturing faults
  • Bags & Accessories: 6-month warranty
  • Luggage: 5yr Warranty covers material or manufacturing faults (not airline damage)

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned outside the policy timeframe


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? You can request an exchange through the return portal — just follow the prompts after entering your order details.
