1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or a store credit.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
  • Sale items or customized products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
  • Refunds are issued only in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

2. Return Process

  • Email us at info@lussobound.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  1. Ship the item back to us at your expense.

  2. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective -

    Every Lussobound item is carefully checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event your order arrives with visible damage, it may have occurred in transit.

    Should this happen, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. Timely notification is essential to help us lodge a claim with the courier and ensure a smooth resolution.

  • Once we’ve assessed the situation, we’ll organise the most appropriate solution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another form of support—at no extra charge.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or model, we offer exchanges subject to product availability.

Returns Policy for Lussobound Travel Wear

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Must be returned in its original packaging

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items.

Warranty & Returns Policy for Lussobound Bags and Accessories

Warranty

Our travel Bags & Accessories are backed by a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults such as:

  • Broken zippers or clasps

  • Faulty stitching or seams

  • Defective hardware

This does not include:

  • Damage from misuse, overloading, or accidental spills

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic marks or fading from daily use

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition.
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must include original tags and packaging

  • Must not show signs of use or handling
