1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or a store credit.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
- Sale items or customized products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
- Refunds are issued only in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
2. Return Process
- Email us at info@lussobound.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense.

3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Every Lussobound item is carefully checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event your order arrives with visible damage, it may have occurred in transit.

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty
Our travel Bags & Accessories are backed by a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults such as:
